On the nose, there are unripe sour fruits and subtle peatiness, almost Old Pulteney style. Tastewise, maritime notes with a good amount of peat smoke (Ledaig?), citrus fruits and a herbal/bitter edge unfold. It can't hide its youthfulness and would have benefited from a few more years in the cask.
