    Nice, very nice.
    Not quite as good as the 15 but very nice sweet syrup.

      Very meaty grapes & chocolate covered raisins, all very sweet. Nougat and caramel and some Petrichor.
    • Taste

      Fruity, sweet & full. Fading dark notes and even more sweet. Grapes, raisins and brown sugar. In the end, woody notes become more intense.
    • Finish
      89 89
      Syrup & Sugar Beet. As well as some cappuccino and of course dry, dark wood.

    An enormously heavy, powerful sherry barrel matured malt the one almost crushed with its variety of flavors ....
    [Color] dark chestnut;
    • Nose
      intense sherry, ripe fruits (plums, raisins), Christmas spices;
    • Taste
      strong, powerful sherry, berries, spicy oak, nuts, fruit compote, chocolate;
    • Finish
      long, balanced finish, sherry and spiciness will linger for a long time!

    I am always excited! Great combination of sherry and wood! One of my favorite standards. 90!
    • Nose
      A sherry wall! Sherry and oak - right in the face. Figs, plums, fresh pastries. Add to that wood, seasoning and chocolate. Not sweet at first, only after a few minutes the nose gets sweeter. The alcohol does not sting, but is achievable and reminds with the spiciness of nutmeg. A little baked apple is added.
    • Taste
      Full, fruity, quite sweet with tingling, but still subtle oak. After a few seconds, leather develops, becoming stronger and dominating the palate with dark fruits (plums, wild berries). Only with a time delay does the oak really strike. Dark chocolate spreads and finally dominates the Nachschmecken. Barely sweet, remains fruit, leather and lots of wood.
    • Finish
      Long, fruity, bittersweet and dry.

    This whisky is named "Parliament" after the collective term for a group of rooks because there is a parliament of rooks living in the trees near Glendronach.

    Great malt !
    • Nose
      Little more sherry than average. Light sulphury smoke and walnuts. The smell of a nice freshmade fruitcake.
    • Taste
      A beautiful mouthful of sherry, fruitcake with a light syrup made of honey, chocolate and light spices. Savoury ! A little water opens up everything very nicely.
    • Finish
      Good sweet finish with everything still there ending in a little oak wood bitterness.
