Resembling an Islay peat with a drift of Highland earth, while iodine,
tar and pinch of salt come fore, underlay some solid layer of burnt
roots, quite herbaceous, with soft vanilla and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Quite complex and should be quite well in years to come. Only for the
slightly off and pungent spirits to subsides.
P- Lots of mineral, salted cola, herbs candy. Sour fruits, acidic white grapes. Some bread sweetness there, as well taste of new make.
F- Long, herbs, fiery and spicy. Quite solid and enjoyable, except some unpleasantness. Look forward for Batch 3.
