bonbons with cherries, pure cacao, very sweet and dark. Ripe plums and orange
peels. Leather and a hint of walnut makes it dry. Later on more and more roasted almonds.

Some chilli chocolate with sea salt that gives a bite. A good bit of oak and a
sour side to it. Balsamic vinegar. Grapefruit, lemon and bitter espresso with cacao powder on top.
Not as warm and soft as other sherryboms. Cigar leaves, tobacco boxes and hazelnuts.
