  1. FritzeKrautman scored this whisky 86 points Expert Senior

a nose like I like it, nice fruity. It also continues on the palate, making this whisky a real fruit basket. However, he unfortunately fades a bit too fast and so I would sort this holeside in the upscale whisky middle class.
    • Nose
Sweet, exotic fruits, especially passion fruit, fruit tea, malt, berries, cocoa
    • Taste
Very long sweet, exotic fruits throughout until the finish. Strong alcohol. Slight bitterness.
    • Finish
The finish itself is medium in length and somewhat uninspiring with oak.

interesting whisky. rosy-soapy notes are paired with a rather fine woody spice. Fans of fruit bombs will not be happy here. Fans of old school draw from barrels that give the painting time to develop. The sherry influence of the refill keg has completely disappeared for me. 86 points
    • Nose
Rose soap. Honey. Beeswax. Vanilla. Bouquet, fresh tulips. very clear apricot notes. Orange zest.
    • Taste
Alcohol sharpness at the tip of the tongue. Woody wort, leathery, dry. Appearances of potatoes. Herb drop. furthermore flowery-soapy associations
    • Finish
Peppery spice tingles on the cheeks. Chili chocolate. again the association of raw potatoes.

A very, very exciting and delicious malt, certainly not for every day, but for just such a burning sense of discovery, beautiful thing!
    • Nose
Hui, what's going on here? So I know Lochside but not at all, mango, passion fruit jumping to a sudden initially, then bright honey and then a certain dryness with something smoky and dirty-malty, which in turn more well-known from Lochside, Haribo Tropico, some gummy bears, orange oil and fresh rose petals, a certain acidity like pineapple, after a while but also tanned leather and an old chest of drawers, still has more of a Rumfinish altogether, a little crazy, after more than 10 minutes, more and more of the Tropik in malt and some dry hay, Heather, but even now, every time you take the glass completely new nose splashes first tropical flair contrary
    • Taste
Exciting, in the mouth are from the beginning the tropical allusions of mango and pineapple combined with the leather, carbonated oak briquettes, the woody shell of the pineapple is there, the Tropico gums are wrapped in dry heather, herbal honey, malt and a little hops, in addition but I still have fresh fruit acidity and the rose, a little jasmine and dry leather
    • Finish
Pineapple chips, mango, heather, dusty wooden box, dry malt, sour-dry, medium to long
