But still; I bow my head in respect for distillery 'het Anker'.
The first Belgium whisky distillery.
What the distillery says about it:
Solo Jerez is a limited edition in celebration of the 3th anniversary of 'Stokerij de Molenberg'.
It's a special blend of distillates from 2010 (33%) and different test distillates made at the start of the distillery before the official opening in 2007 (67%). All (sola) with a Oloroso (Jerez) sherry cask finish.
The test distillates where stored for 9 years. 6 Years in first fill Bourbon casks and 3 years in Oloroso casks.
It gives the whisky flavors of fruit, apricot, orange, raisins, going over in a spicy sensation and warm oak flavors.
I hope I translated it correctly :-)
