White wine, lemon and pear, straw, mint, removes light smoke , more and more resembles a bouquet of flowers over time, the second smelling comes roasted malt, resembles Kellogg's frosty cornflakes
-
Creamy and slightly peppery mouthfeel, again very white wine, also flowery somehow - so flowers could at least taste, when the oak becomes more present, associations of liquorice appear, becoming slightly bitter
-
Bitter and woody sweet, light smoke again, the bitterness holds the finish very long, a little warm, sticky in the throat
