Whisky n ° 1451
This nose evolves enormously. Initially intense, it is waxy and caressing with notes of grist. Also a nice fruity type fruit tart that tends to dull. The grain side persists. Then it gets fresher with a hint of acidity (not annoying), on the bright wood evoking the new oak. Finally the toffee appears and takes a nice place.
Very spicy, it is also generous on juicy fresh fruits. A bit limited in terms of the integration of alcohol.
The final of the first sip seems superb! At once intense and caressing, it is also saline. The following, strangely give me the excesses related to alcohol that I met in the mouth.
