There's a treat today! ;) You have to like these sour flavors. All in all an exBourbon Cask Whisky Sour or something like that.
    • Nose
      87 87
After certain notes of glue have evaporated (15 minutes in a glass): rhubarb juice, mineral exhibition, then yellow plums, lemon foam cream. All in all on the tart side with sour notes. With time in the background, Sugus pineapple sweets.
    • Taste
      87 87
Tingle shower, refreshing! Prosecco with limoncello, something cocktail-like with lime wedge and a little sugar syrup. Florida Boy Orange (if anyone says anything about it from the 1970s) with white pepper and then concentrated, slightly sweetened grapefruit.
    • Finish
      85 85
The citrus fruits and the wood as well as the surprisingly strong alcohol struggle for balance. Bites a little bit, but remains in the frame. Refreshing and long, you can also say positive about the finish.

Just a classic Glen Keith that's got it all, white fruits, white flowers, you got it. At a stunning age/price ratio. Much recommended.
    • Nose
Tons of ripe, sweet white fruits to begin with. Pears in syrup, white peaches, but also tons of flowers, so far I'm thinking honeysuckle and lilac. Charming, in a word. Candyfloss, then elderberry syrup (very clearly), even kiwi ? Aeration complexifies it, with greener notes of sweet herbs like dill, mint, and even a tiny touch of anise. Feminine, fruity, floral, seductive. Adorable.
    • Taste
Quite a soft attack, but alcohol at least is very well integrated. Then wakes up on a huge flowery puff, with rose petals, honeysuckle, "lily of the valley", almond milk and big vanilla …Fruitiness comes afterwards, with bergamotte, orange blossom, white chocolate, a dash of grapefruit (not the bitter pink ones, the sweeter yellow). Some mineral touches keep it from being too sweet and make the whole seem incredibly "natural".
    • Finish
Same vein, getting a bit greener, the fruitiness becoming more "naked", less sugary, but same register really. Like a not-too-sweet Tokay.
