- This whisky is too sharp for me. If you put water in it, it only gets worse.
Strong, with lots of alcohol and vinegar. And hints of peat.
Powerful taste of alcohol. The taste of winey notes is definitely there. I can find good peppery attack here too.
Medium long finish, with lots of alcohol.
- A good example how tasty young Bowmore can be. Recommended.
Tingling. An interesting mixture of red wine and peat smoke dominates at the beginning. Later on some more complex fruity notes are coming up - plum butter and ripe mangos. Very nice.
Warming, clean and sharp alcohol. Again a mixture of red wine or red grapes and peat. Mirabelle schnapps. Needs water!
Medium long but after the second swallow it will keep you warm from deep inside for a very long time. Wine, peat and hot pepper.
