N- Incense wood, varnish, butter almond with coat of brandied raisins caramel. Scents of peanut oil, fried savoury Chinese pastry. Old mill house, grinded flour, sandy and starchy. Well ripe and rounded.
P- Earthy, boiled spices. Dry mouthfeel with fragrances of fruits and gladly without the usual 'cosmetic' sweetness. Seems a wee thin in the middle and lack punch. But nonetheless another peculiarly ripened and mellow private bottling series.
F- Medium-long, peppery, old wood, elegant, warming and fulfilling.
