Aroma: youthful, slightly alcoholic, malt, flour, yeast dough, unripe fruit (apricots, plums), pulp of apples and pears, vanilla, sweet lemonade tones, wood. Very bright, malt and fruity, but at the same time youthful, resembles unseasoned grappa or chacha.

Taste: fruit and grassy, green apples, apple peel, herbal infusion, mild sweetness, astringent unripe apricot, pinching spices, lemon peel, a little brewer-chemical.

Finish: medium length, bitter citrus peel, apple peel, grain motifs.

    Rating: 81

It has changed a lot since opening, the first Dram was very vanilla dominant, the green, bitter notes barely exist. Clearly differentiated now. I like it so much, what is offered, can be seen for just over 30 euros. Favorable representative of ex-bourbon malts. 85/100
    • Nose
Vanilla, herbs, green notes. Gentle lemon peel, almost unremarkable. Vanilla dominates in several facets: vanilla pudding, cream. But it is rather light, so no dark spicy vanilla. The herbs have bitter-bitter character towards wormwood. Dry, green apple is also below. Cornflakes, malt. Later sage, like the first dram.
    • Taste
Sweet, spicy and sour. Here comes the vanilla right through. Creme Brulee, cream, vanilla pudding. The vermouth is also there, and generally quite spicy, cardamom. The vanilla is bright, but full-bodied, omnipresent. Enjoyable. Increasingly creamy, the herbs make contrast program like an oatmeal.
    • Finish
Vanilla and green apple, warms for a long time in the neck, soft spiciness and vanilla remain medium in length and prickle in the mouth.

Well malted, rather fruity, simple and without any frills. Straight, the aromas do not go in all directions. Balanced, it's a good daily dram, not unforgettable anyway.

    Nose: quite fruity and sweet.
Body: bit of white pepper but a bit flat
    Finish: rather short.

    Overal: quite okay dram :-)
