fresh fruity, grassy mint, caramel, vanilla, creamy, iodine and peppery spices, it is also very sweet fruit syrup, even a little crystallized honey.
mouth:
delicacy of scents on cooked fruits (peach, apple in the foreground), the sweetness continues, a little fleeting spices and a very salty return that appears and stays;
it is especially very soft on the palate with the acidulous and sweet fruits (the famous Harlequin that we let melt under the tongue), the honeyed sweetness which avoids having the tongue cut while sucking !!, the sweetness of the wax characteristic of a distillery, a little cooked almonds at the end.
final:
sweetness and presence of markers, iodine gives way more and more to the smoke here, and the mouth, fruit and wax scents are present.
note the Clynelish-Talisker association which makes it a very good blended malt, can be too sweet and may require another dram.
