Nose: from the outset, the first nose reveals fervently lemon zest, wildflowers and a note of earth. After aeration, it becomes medicinal (tiger balm) and camphorated. Then, little by little, an oily peat takes on chocolate, spicy (nutmeg) and saline tones. It then evolves towards a more vegetal register (agave), mineral (chalk, slate) and smoked. A true aromatic delicacy, it becomes more and more pastry and meringue. Palate: dense, rich. With its vanilla flavors, fruity (white grape, yellow plum), oriental (loukoum), green (malty barley) and finely earthy (dry peat), the attack in the mouth completely fills the palate. With a very pleasant acidity, the mid-palate contains noble spices (cardamom, caraway, ginger), scented honeys (acacia, lavender) and white flowers (lily, iris). The rear mouth is smoke (tobacco, ash) and woody (oak). Final: long, fluffy. Dry fruits (apricots, almonds, walnuts) mix with blackberries (blackberries, cherries) and exotics (guava, pineapple). This particularly fruity entry goes naturally towards much more earthy, peaty and smoked countries (tobacco, twigs). Floral (tuberose, peony), vanilla and fruity (pistachio), the retro-olfaction offers us to savor a delicious frozen nougat. The empty glass is spicy (saffron, star anise) floral (pink) and honey (lavender).
