Sweet, vanilla, milk chocolate. Fruity too, peach, and after that a lot of citrus too, specifically lemon gradually gets stronger and stronger.
Full and firm, stimulating. Vanilla sweet, candyy, honey. Peach too, and still slightly citrus.
Light pepper, warming and full, firm. Vanilla still, and candy-like. Long finish, light citrus.
- This was a really lovely bourbon. I noticed the creaminess of it right from the start. It has some lovely deep fruit and wood notes to it and the spiciness which I’m assuming is from the rye component just adds a really lovely dimension to it.
Reviewed in my blog:
Right when I poured this smelled very creamy. Loads of vanilla cream. Very deep wood notes. Stroopwafel. Milk chocolate. Light pickled ginger. Cloves.
Lots of woodspice. Cloves. Cinnamon. Then a wave of honey, maple syrup and vanilla cream, followed by another wave of dry wood, more wood spice and rich fruits.
Long. Somewhat dry wood. Tart plums. Honey. Long waves of woodspice and menthol.
