Has everything I would expect from a nice ex-bourbon whisky. This rum-like out back covers him a little, but still very tasty.
    • Nose
Ui, what a fruit salad, banana, a dash of orange, floury apple, vanilla, some malt, nutmeg, has a bit of a spice cake, the basic tone is sweet, nice, some mint
    • Taste
creamy, here too a lot of yellow fruit, apple, vanilla, it tingles, even banana, coconut, slightly sour, yogurt-like, sweet, sweet melon, a hint of oak on the palate
    • Finish
it gets bitter, the sweet becomes a little more artificial, in short I have to think of rum, full vanilla, fruit bowl, now a little green apple

Nose: simple but just great. Fresh bright fruits with pear, yellow apples, yeast aromas, malty sweetness and a lot of vanilla. The alcohol is easy to feel but not disturbing. Super nice simple whisky that is young and crisp without seeming immature.
Taste: slightly tingling but full in aroma. A full basket of fruit in the cornfield is the image that I have in mind. Incredible fruit and vanilla! Except for a slight pepper sharpness, no oak is yet to be felt. Mainly fruity yeasty notes and honey sweetness dominate the medium-long finish. Also in the taste very simple but very delicious and tasty.
Honest Glen Moray with beautiful fruit and cereal notes. Super PLV (55, - EUR) and at the moment exactly what I stand.

I bet this is not a Dalwhinnie...

As Glen Moay belongs to the Speyside area this one must be a Tomatin.
