Nose: Peaty, clean, floral, and creamy. Diluted, it
becomes more floral and oaky.
Taste: Dry, peaty, salty, on hay and grilled
bread. If not for the floral notes, it could be easily mistaken for an Islay
whisky. The finish is dry, peaty, slightly bitter, on toffee, roasted coffee
beans, and liquorice.
General Impression: A very nice Ardmore, clean and
quite heavily peated.
