Whisky Reviews for An Cnoc Stack

- I'm generally a fan of heavily peated whisky so it is a little surprising to me that out of the portfolio of green bottled peaty AnCnocs I find the less peaty Flaughter to be the one with the best balance and body. Stack and Cutter seem flatter and more watery compared to that one.
- Very nice peated range of An Cnoc for the daily dram.
Light smoke and vanilla. Not realy a peaty nose. Not as much medicinal notes from the AnCnoc cutter and rascan and also a little less sweetness.
Very nice and interesting spiciness upfront and a medium sweetness on the side. Going down very smooth and warming. Light wood tones coming up at the end together with a very light bitterness.
A good medium finish bringing up more sweetness and oak. A slight oily touch doesn't leave you with a dry throat.
