Pigeon-covered meadows by the river, apple blossom in the old country. A freshly sliced Granny Smith and honeycombs. At first a little sharper, then spicier. Moist foliage and wet tree bark, garnished with light citrus notes.
The malt tastes very gentle, sweet forest honey garnished with a little pepper. Creamy malty with gingerbread in the background it goes on. Some vanilla on red fruits, light roasted aromas and some latte. Discreetly the barrel then asks for attention, almost tenderly sprinkling fresh wood chips into the flavors. Getting drier, tobacco notes and green nuts come into play, even dried orange peel.
