Tried it with a friend both agrees that:-

Enjoying sweet prunes after dinner with friend at an open air restaurant besides a beach in a tropical country (humid).
    • Nose
That typical Springbank nose~ it always remind me of the beach where not far away there alot of cargo ship pass-by.

Smoke, beach wind of saltiness and strong humid, sweet malt vanilla, some dark fruits.
    • Taste
California Premium Pitted prunes! Some dusty wet oak, saltiness, sweet vanilla. Arr and that citrus peel!
    • Finish
      Medium, with saltiness and bitterness.

    Nose:-
Big nose of new leather, rubbery, pungent and peat filled, but more
refine compare to their younger expression and previous batch, supple and receptive. Take good time to nose it, as the aroma are evolving from initial heavy
punches to softer note of petals, nutty, white pepper and smoked bacon.
    Quite oily.

Palate:- Explosive and gum numbing. Definitely a big entry with lots of burnt honey, caramel and earthy. Spicy.

Finish:- Very smooth with one of the longest finish, greasy and oiliness remains. Excellent mouthfeel, spicy.

A dram that one will surely remember for a lifetime, either for loving it or hating it.

    Product Information:

Nose: earthy tones, honeycombs, traces of mint, marzipan and sweet almonds. Over time, the salty Campbeltown style comes to light. Palate: salt caramel, not as earthy as it appears in the nose, more lemon zest, nutty and spicy. Finish: toffee, salt, brine, traces of smoke.
