Best when neat though the nose improved after adding some water.
    • Nose
We are not that far away from Cad Small Batch 93-15 though this one here is not that complex. I got lemons and some sour aspects, but these are also linked to some lactic notes like you'd find them in cottage cheese and such. Faint autumn leafs, quite dry, the tannins providing some depth and darker notes.

+ H2O: More spicy autumn leafs, less lactic characteristics. Some sweetness turning up, more complex and interesting, thus.
    • Taste
On the lemony and acidic notes, but that fits pretty with the dry characteristics. Well balanced with some spicy and tannic notes, however none of these gaining mastery. That's also true for some sharpness developing after a while.

+ H2O: No, bad idea since the tannins come out now overpowering many other aspects completely. A lot of bitterness turning up.
    • Finish
Fading gently on lemons and some earthy notes.
