- Initially quite some sweetness, mead like (honey wine). later on more chocolate / moccha notes and some minerals and spiciness. Black pepper tickles the nose. It requires some time and some air to fully open itself. when you give it some time some raisins start to show itself,
in the mouth quite dry with a bit of a metallic mineral like bitterness. also dark pure chocolate present. Also quite spicy, fresh ginger root and white pepper.
finish, quite long, bitter dark chocolate and rather dry.overal: not the most easiest dram, quite complex, but when given enough time, highly enjoyable. The spiciness give it a bit of a high AVB% sensation, quite funny, since it is at a moderate 47,1%
