- 20 + 20 + 20 + 20 = 80 Another lemonade with mice. Drinky, simple for joy in life :)
- Glen Grant 10 years "Pure Malt" - Original bottling (end of the 90s), 40% alc. Extending: Sherry barrels
Region: Speyside, Scotland
The whisky is unfortunately not available for many years, but in auctions still at prices around 40,00 € to get. Glen Grant is best known for its fruity aromas.
Nose: Light sherry flavors leap out of the glass, very flattering. Bitter oranges and gooseberry, some apricot. In addition cereals, malt.
Palate: sweet and fruity, very light. Some seasoning and milk chocolate. On the palate too, the fruits that have not yet reached their maturity prevail.
Finish: short and lively. Only the fruits are remembered
Conclusion: For the entry into the evening a great dram, especially suitable for beginners. For me, the departure would have to be significantly stronger and more complex.
