Whisky Reviews for Bib & Tucker 06-year-old

- I did not like the nose particularly (probably sourced from George Dickel), but the taste was comforting.
- Bourben is not necessarily my case, but it was recommended to me, well then "on the bacon".
70% corn and otherwise rye.
6 years old is no standard anymore in America.
The light coco note is immediately present and is almost intrusive.
After that, caramel and vanilla notes get stronger, and old leather mixes with a light cinnamon note.
Sweet vanilla surrounded by coco and the spice from the White Orc barrel.
The alcohol gently slices on the tongue, then the bitterness of the wood is mixed with a little honey sweetness.
longer than expected, the spicy but not intrusive finisch remains and a little hazelnut and chestnut finally round it off on the palate.
