Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Rich, nutty and creamy with notes of Toffifee, Madeira, treacle and rum.
Palate: Great mouthfeel, rum-soaked fruit cake, thick caramels, baking spices and some cotton candy character.
Finish: Very long with brown sugar, chocolate and nutmeg.
Overall: Extraordinarily aged single grain Scotch whisky, and the oldest vintage of Girvan you'll ever see.
