- better than I thought - but I do not need more than one dram
Apple, pear, lemon juice, citrus zests, toasted cereal and bright fresh wood, honey and vanilla - to get some cardboard
sweet, slightly tingling, fresh mint, quite strong woody notes, citrus, grassy, some birch sap
delicate woody note, slightly dry, slightly bitter, cardboard, pepper, the alcohol is noticeable
- It's cheap, and it's noticable.
- As a pure malt vatting I find it rather disapointing and boring. But then it's marketed as a mixing malt.
Sweet apples, canned pear, floral, faint vanilla undertone.
Initial impression is bland before some spice arrive, not much though.
Sweet bourbon vanilla.
Some artificial feel to it.
Weak and short.
Watered out impression.Slightly bittersweet and drying.
