    Exciting fruit nose. A lot of vanilla and candy cane. Maybe even a bit too sweet. Is this really a highland park? Enormously sweet ... On the palate but then, in addition to the sweet fruit cargo a few hearty HP notes. Spicy ... maritime ... sweet. Imagine candied sardines ... Class HP - for me rather untypical but "very drinkable"!

    Colour: Deep olive oil

    Flavour profile: Oily & coastal

    Imagine sitting around a beach campfire on a cool windy
    evening making pizzas. We had quite a selection of them on the go; seafood with
    chopped clams, shrimp and squid, Hawaiian with ham and pineapple and Greek with
    caramelized onions, olives and feta. While we were waiting for them to be ready
    we dipped crusty walnut bread into olive oil and tucked into scrummy rosemary
    and thyme sausage pie. Diluted, we got even hungrier, cola ham with maple &
    mustard glaze on the nose whilst on the palate sweet peat smoked black pepper
    and sea salt pork cracklings.
