    • Nose
Sweet but also sharp. I smell hazelnut, sugared ginger and pear.
    • Taste
Pear, Grapefruit that is especially sweet, but also gets a bit of bitters soon. Furthermore, it also has something of strong coffee for me. Taste development is fast.
    • Finish
Long aftertaste is also bitter and dry.

    • Nose
Glue, but not predominant, sweet fruit, banana, some vanilla and caramel.
    • Taste
Spicy, probably because of the ABV, caramel, toffee. Something chocolate in the background. Nice full of flavor, creamy
    • Finish
Nice creamy finish, maybe too short

Nose: Directly in the glass: Glue, bit of caramel. 15 minutes in the glass: Still gluey, but a floral scent will come up. 30min in the glass: Still a bit gluey, the floral is more and more and there is also some sweetness to be noticed 45 minutes in the glass: This threatens to remain gluttonous. The floral is gone and has made way for wood shavings. 1 hour in the glass: not much change compared to 45 min.
Taste: Directly in the glass: Sweet, glue, slightly fruity, slightly high in the alcohol, Banana skins, caramel 15min. In the glass: Still slightly gluey. More sweet, more bananas and caster sugar. Still not fully optimally oxidized. 30 min in the glass: Pretty sweet, reasonable caramel taste. 45min in the glass: Good taste development. Always sweeter and those banana meringues are also reasonably gone and have made way for fudge and caramel sauce. 1 hour in the glass: comparable with 45 min.

    Body: Full and round
Finish: Directly in the glass: Some bitter, slightly dry, lots of wood and taninnes. But also the sweetness of toffee 15min. In the glass: Full of sweet looks like molasses. Then it becomes a bit woody again and the whole ends with toffee again. 30 minutes in the glass: Full and sweet. The woody thing has disappeared. For the rest, it has also become less bitter. Still dry. 45min in the glass: Not much change compared to 30 min. Similar to 45 min. 1 hour in the glass: Not much change.
