First of all, I have nail polish remover. Then comes honey and fennel. I have never had such a clear fennel note. Some marzipan, lemon and orange. Caraway follows and brings along a sour plum.
With some time in the jar, the caraway gets stronger and stronger. Follow apple and pear brandy with hazelnut.
Soft start. Then followed by pepper and again fennel. Sour yeast dough with cake spices. The taste goes much more in the light fruity, immature direction. Hard, unripe peach. Acid, stale must and cereals. A nutty bitterness follows. The alcohol is clearly noticeable despite "only" 43%.
Short to medium. First honey, then some pepper and bitterness. A spicy note remains at the end.
