    Very interesting and quite good. The enthusiasm is missing. Nevertheless, it is solid 85 points!
    • Nose
      Caramel. Really cute! Apple, pear, citrus fruits with something floral, flower meadow. Amazingly, I like it. Malt is there and oak is strong in the nose, barely before. Pickled cherries, pineapple. A whole fruit salad with a dash.
    • Taste
      Sweet and spicy. That's the first impression, then comes the fruit salad rolled up. So juicy sweet and fruity together with neat aromatic oak. There is little to criticize on mouthfeel. It is not sticky sweet, but by the fruits (citrus) an exciting sweet-sour mouthfeel. Interesting.
    • Finish
      Long and warm. Sweet. Becoming spicier.

    • Nose
      Mostly sweet. White grapes, apricots, mirabelle plums, white summer flowers, honey, a hint of wood, vanilla sugar.
    • Taste
      The impression from the nose continues seamlessly: again very sweet with honey, vanilla and sweet wine. In addition, slightly spicy undertones of wood. Mild and supple on the palate.
    • Finish
      Mid-length finish. Sweetness and spice in great harmony. Minimal bitter from the wood.

    Blind Tasting in the Whisky Advent Calendar by Marco Bonn would have typed refill Bourbon barrel rather than rum

      floral, light fruity, gentle herbs, light green herbaceous, slightly creamy, completely malty,
      After some time with water also caramel
    • Taste
      some alcohol in the foreground, floral, light fruity, herbs, little sweetness,
      Less alcoholic with a little water, a little sweeter, herbs are stronger, flowering remains
    • Finish
      medium long, flowery, herbs, wood comes through, at the end dry and herbaceous, finish becomes after 2-3 swallowing longer, (After dissolution: at the very end one thinks to taste the rum a bit)
