Picked it up at CO-OP for around £30 and found it to be well worth it.
Fresh apple juice with a lemon twist.
Yellow fruits and sweet bourbon vanilla.
Underlying note of dense wood.
Water makes the citrus pop.
Initially feels fresh and a little light, maybe even thin.
Sweet yellow fruits.
Rapid build up of spice and wood, giving a warm and drying feel.
It opens up a bit with water, cooling the spice, not so dry and some chocolate/coffee flavours emerge.
Spicy, woody, dry.
A bit too dry and astingent.
Water helps on the astringency, still dry and spicy but it allows the darker notes to carry longer.
