A great Speysider that even with only 11 years maturation can score with a great oak note.
    • Nose
Fine fruity nose with a focus on ripe red apples and orange peel. The fruit is covered in a blanket of wild herbs. After a while, in addition to the fruit notes and floral aromas. Some vanilla completes an elegant nose.
    • Taste
The creamy onion dominate orange peel and blossom. Vanilla oak from the beginning, and maturing at only 11 years. Raisins and milk chocolate give the malt a nice depth. Milk chocolate turns dark chocolate after a while, a touch of pepper pulls through the palate.
    • Finish
In the medium-long finish, it is a bit dry, but leaves a creamy-oaky-orange-fruity taste on the tongue.

  7. Bishlouk scored this whisky 83 points Connoisseur

Nose: Raisin, caramel, vanilla. A nice nose, nice. A malty drought after aeration. Palate: A slight vinous and fruity bitterness. Creamy texture. Apple and lemon syrup. Finale: Light alcoholic kick, and a ripple of industrial solvent. Some spices at the end of the mouth.
