- A simple honest single malt;
restrained: some malt, citrus fruit, mint, hint of vanilla;
sweet (honey), lemons, apples, malt, slightly oily, oak, spicy mouth filling;
medium length finish, dry seasoning, oak;
- Enthusiasm 3/5 Whisky n ° 1706
Cereal profile on the nose, nutty, austere, straight, simple. Golden malt, fruity promise in a second time.
In the mouth, more honeyed and sweet than announced on the nose. Quite generous for 43%. Fluid texture, reduction a little sensitive but quite well controlled despite everything.
Cinnamon in the finish.
- I like it - simple honest quality bourbon from good barrels
very fresh lemon with mint, delicate oak, a little vanilla, slightly warmed - noticeable oak, nice light wood, oily, roasted cereals, wax,
At first very mild and pleasing, a little oak, lemon, lemon oil, apple, honey, with every sip of full-bodied a lot of oak - some chocolate, sprigs, vanilla pudding, a little hay
warming, spicy, for 12 years nice full-bodied - medium
