-
Blackberries, ripe grapes, raisins, mild peat smoke, removes sulfur very easily (not bothersome). Coffee grounds, caramel, toffee, malt. Already looks quite ripe.
-
Dry and spicy start, lots of smoke. Wood shavings, some furniture polish, grapes, black cherries, blackberries, nougat chocolate.
-
Medium length, dry, herbaceous. The peat smoke is pleasant on the tongue, a little pepper adds flavor, blackberries and dried dates add fruit sweetness.
