Nose

88 88

Pleasant and spicy nose. The sherry cask is not particularly marked (on the contrary!)

Taste

86 86

Very aggressive mouth (this move) and changeable. It goes all over the place (top for my taste). The water tempers it and does it a lot of good (it reveals the dried fruits and allows the sherry to express itself). Alcohol remains unbalanced.

Finish

The final was no less on the move. It ends in nuance and is more pleasant
