Rubber, blueberry and caramel.
Blueberry, caramel and orange.
Blueberry and caramel
- Golden yellow orange. Fragrance spicy, smooth, interesting and varied. Tastes very good, subtle and spicy, soft sweet in the background. Orange, chocolate - this time milk, not pure. Little nuts, almond - without the bitterness. After a Mortlach of 52%, 23 years and 160 euros, this remains fine. Creamy vanilla in the finish finishes it off. I think the top stuff is that Bunna's 12YO.
Malty, touch of salt and a hint of the sherry in the background. This is a side of Bunna which we don't see often. There is some sweetness in the background, but the maltyness is on top of it.
A tad bitter arrival. Not much sweetness. There is a malt flavor with some sherry sweetness. A little touch of seaweed. Becomes a bit tannic in the end.
Medium a bit oily, but not much.
Medium length. You get a but of sweetness here. Some wood notes, and a vague hint of sherry.
If found under €50,- I should buy it.
Don't know this was a sample.
A little shy, but not bad. A side of bunna which you don't get often. Interesting though. Strange this was a first fill sherry.....
- sweet, grapes, wonderful Sherry influence but still malty, there is some salt, some sweet pepper, and a fine Long finish. fine dram!
