Not bad for an old grain but the nose is too shy, without complexity.
First nose very shy, on the wood glue, the veleda felt, a little coconut, the solvent then a fruity heart opens to leave room for subtle aromas. It's rather thin but not very expressive.
In the mouth, on the other hand, whiskey is more talkative! A rather oily texture and sweet sweetness with aromas of cinnamon pear, sugar cane syrup and coconut pie. A bitterness reminiscent of bourbon on the finish.
relatively long on this sweet and slightly bitter mouth.
