The expansion in the Rumfass is noticeable, but not intrusive. Sweet fruits like raisins and fully ripe banana paired with citrus notes of orange and bergamot.
Creamy notes reminiscent of sour cream cake, a combination of vanilla, caramelized sugar, some lemon, light roasted and woody notes.
Sweet and slightly tart notes of candied citrus fruits and fresh cherries, with a little water, the sweet fruity note is enhanced. Candied nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts, in the background fine toasted notes reminiscent of coffee or even some tiramisu.
Long, warm and sweet.
