- Wow, a very good barrel for 7 years. with water he gets a strong spicy cinnamon and christmas note and full sherry aroma. I'm always skeptical of boys, but here you get what you need and the 7 years are super hidden. top.. definitely with water
- A young, very strong malt that can take a lot of water and then has some nice aspects. But you also have to take some time and water for it, otherwise it is simply too rough and loses its complexity.
In the beginning and undiluted dust, chocolate, shoe polish, overripe apples, cinnamon. Later, sweetie, carrots. With water it becomes spicier, a trace of pepper and nutmeg appear. Shortly also nougat.
Cinnamon, dark ripe fruits like cherries and plums, the alcohol burns properly without water. With water, the stinging becomes a peppery, warming aspect. The sweetness increases.
The finish is medium long with toasted aromas, sulfur, oak
- really beautiful full of sherrycharacter, water is definitely. he does not taste that young by far. very powerful. lovage + power. wonderful - I like it a lot. buy recommendation.
