Very briny and seaweed-y, or shall I call it umami? The smoke is quite dirty, oily. Then, there is moss, tobacco, seaweed, wood (as in Lapsang Souchong), peach and mango. I like this style: dirty, sooty and fruity.

Rather dry actually, quite some ginger involved, next to the pepper. Further, there is a more toned down peat smoke, tobacco, brine, apricot, and lemon.

Moderately long, still quite dry, with tobacco again, peat, vanilla, pepper and salt.
