The nose is gorgeous and extremely fruity sweet. The taste impresses with its incredible creaminess and its velvety elegance. The variety of flavors is impressive, only the finish is a little disappointing. A very successful bottling, tastes delicious!
    • Nose
Fine orange aroma mixes with fresh citrus fruits right at the beginning. Dark caramel and a hint of dried berries and grapes, followed by a fruity sweetness paired with a few crumbs of vanilla. The fruitiness of the nose increases more and more, vineyard peaches and fruity apricot make the nose appear even fruity, milk chocolate and a small pinch of cinnamon mix with a small pile of cocoa powder. The alcohol is integrated harmoniously while long drops flow down the glass wall at high speed. The nose is incredibly fruity and invites you to dream ...
    • Taste
At the first sip, the aromas explode in the mouth. Nuts, vanilla, oranges, apricots, lemons and grapefruit, fruity and spicy wood. Creamy and velvety, the entire mouth fills up voluminously with the delicious flavors. Again, dried berries and grapes emerge, the wood elements become drier and tart, hazelnuts and walnuts rise from the fruit. Before the taste passes into the finish, creates a subtle aroma after fresh furniture polish or glaze.
    • Finish
The palate fills up again with the voluminous fruit note, the tart wood tones also show up again. Then the finish sounds relatively fast and leaves a cozy warmth and a very subtle sharpness on the tongue. A subtle chilli taste sticks to the tongue.

Not very characteristic for Japanese blends profile, but interestingly, oily-lemon, sweet-oak, with pronounced bourbon influence, very similar to singlemolts from the side (at a corn / malt ratio of 80/20), slightly spirtuzen in flavor, but otherwise very, very good - another worthy representative of the country of the rising sun.
    • Nose
Open, dry, grain, vanilla, confectionery notes - shortbread cookies, cake impregnated with jam; pine sawdust, resin, slightly spirituous.
    • Taste
Oily, thick, sweet-peppery, oak, lemon and orange candied fruits, cream, candy.
    • Finish
Oily, enveloping, spicy oak, lemon drops, lemonade, light bitterness of young bark, herbaceous notes, popcorn.

beautiful blend from Japan, a little more volume percent would have done him very well. 87 points, but will polarize. With more volume percent or even cask strength he would be a grenade
    • Nose
Very sweet-floral notes, orchid, macadamia nut, but also minimal glue notes. Peach and prosecco notes provide a lot of freshness in the nose. He does not open up immediately, it really takes time for him to reveal himself. Soft and supple.
    • Taste
Soft and creamy sweet. A liqueur could almost mean. Lightly peppery vanilla cream. Very round for friends of cask strength maybe a bit too weak, as an accompaniment to a dessert but maybe an ideal whiskey.
    • Finish
Sweet with subtle bitterness. A bit of roaring remains on the tip of the tongue and on the cheeks, the saliva always takes on a wonderful sweetness.

A bit all over the place, this one. Cannot decide if I liked it or not. Interesting journey.
    • Nose
Sweet. Toffee. Vanilla. Nutty. Anise. Marzipane. Some burnt notes. Oaky
    • Taste
At first delicate and perhaps a bit anonymous. Now, Sweet again. A bit fruity. Anise. Sweet spices. Caramel
    • Finish
Medium - long finish. Floral. Sweet liquerice. Some burnt notes. Caramel lingers. Hint of tobacco. Oaky. Some grass.

(single blend with maize majority) pale gold color, bourbon nose, spicy, vegetal, with cereals, a little vanilla, floral notes a little sweet, slightly alcoholic. Light palate, marked bourbon too, spicy, not very vanilla, pleasant texture with a little thick, not very fruity, always a vegetal side in the background. Finale of medium length, especially on spices. A correct blend, but far too expensive.

Nose: my first thought: liqueur! Sweet and fruity, pineapple and peach. Taste: incredibly light and soft, just like the nose fruity and sweet, again pineapple but also grapes. Finish: medium, the fruity sweetness remains on the tongue.
A very good, soft and sweet blend - just delicious.
