  1. vojt466 scored this whisky 82 points Expert Senior

It is not bad, except for a slight reverberation in the reverberation and somewhat humorous body.

  3. ColdAesthetics scored this whisky 82 points Connoisseur

Not the deepest or most exciting malt, but for 7y a nicely matured sherry whisky with the raisin bun kick.
    • Nose
Deep raisin biscuits, dark chocolate, marzipan, dates in between, mellow wood, hints of blueberry jam, but overall very bakery
    • Taste
Rumrosines, dark biscuits, sherry notes, moist oak, oregano, some black walnut, nutmeg, candied orange peel, chocolates, but everything looks young
    • Finish
Medium-long, the musty oak and dates remain warm and round

    I like the.
    • Nose
For his 7 years already neat color. Also a nice aroma right from the beginning. If I put my nose a little further into the glass, then it starts to sting. The sherry comes out, malt, fermented grapes, sweet fruits.
    • Taste
In the taste of sherry now more intense. Warming, aromatic.
    • Finish
At the end a little vanilla, which harmonizes well with the sweetness of the sherry.

  6. Hobbit did not rate this whisky Expert Senior

a malt that pleases me much better both in the second nose and in the second sip. It is dominated by oak and pastries. Pretty one-dimensional and young but tasty. I would have liked more Sherry influence. It is probably a refill keg.
    • Nose
Alcohol, peach, bright fruit, youth, marzipan, vanilla, a bit sprittig, I find initially hardly Sherrynoten (in the second nose, however, significantly more), the sweetness is very well, orange marmalade, shortbread, the longer you smell the better he gets but he can not hide his age
    • Taste
quite strong spice, dominant fresh orange, almost lemonade-like, honey, sweet and fruity jam
    • Finish
Seasoning, some anise, orange, pastry, quite short
