My first thought is a slice of bread with a lot of honey. Refreshment sticks with orange filling. From the background now comes a nice woody aroma. Also has applesauce and vanilla. A very dry note, almost dusty, lies behind it and keeps coming forward. But there is also something very special. Reminds me of freshly made silage from grass. In addition still damp grain. I even think I can find some corn. A sour citrus note is included.
Soft start. Then spice up properly. Nutmeg and fine vanilla. With the second sip pepper is noticeable. Sour apple, with some honey. Green grapes, plums and whitecurrants. Somehow creamy, but also dry dusty.
Medium to long. Light white wine wrap. Hints of chocolate with a little nut. A pinch of pepper and a pleasant fruit sweetness. Will then dry to the end.
