First nose of bubble gum, with a note of chocolate. Unusual spices. Cumin? This evokes incense. The longer we wait, the more the aroma volume increases, until we become quite impressive. The bubble gum is gone, the chocolate has become black and rich, the incense remains, joined by fruits: apple and grapes, in particular. In the mouth, average attack (less clear than barley, but I'm only my second or third wheat whiskey so I'm not sure), but tasty, where we find this note of chocolate. However, the youth of the product is detected. FInal chocolatey, vinous, spicy. Moderately long, the spices remain in the aftertaste. With a little water, the nose breathes: vanilla, chocolate, burnt wood. A little pear in the background.
