Whisky is been matured in Serbian oak barrels at least 4 years. No additives are used to influence color and taste. It's pure as it can be. At least, this is what we can read from the bottle label. It's a family run business with limited production.
I think this could be very good malt if it matures for at least 8 to 10 years. Also, some experiments with different barrels would be nice. Think of sherry, port or rum butts. I would also get rid of this dark bottle. Whisky itself has beautiful gold color and this should be seen.Nevertheless, this is one rare dram and I'm happy to have it.
Sweet, almost Sepyside like, there is some vanilla and toffee at the background
Soft, very soft, some sweetness, but mostly bitter
There is no finish, soon after mouth gets pretty dry
