Surprisingly strong and dominant smoke, very sweet. Smoked ham, bacon, spearribs glazed in honey and lightly charred. I am getting hungry. It stays sticky, sweet and smoky, with a little campfire and burnt pine needles. Powerful but with perfectly integrated alcohol. That fits.
Still the sticky, sweet smoke, but a little less dominant. As before, the smoked sausage and meat products roasted over an open fire. I find a bit of Fizzers Candy, which is typical for me Bowmore, next to alpine flowers and herbs. Gdansk aromas and also slightly maritime sides come to the fore.
Saltier and more maritime, but still in the program with smoked sausages and honey glaze. I'm about to fire up the grill. Sweet smoke sticks to your thumb for a long time.
Delicious Bowmore but for me on the upper limit of the smoke. This extremely sweet smoke is really cool!
