- Oh, he is young! But really not bad, at least if he is as young as I think. Tap here for a maximum of five years, probably only three. The nose is clouded, at least when warming real false notes, in the mouth disturbs some of the alcohol and the sheet, the sprittigkeit in the certainly well over 60% can also be expected.
Notes from a blind tasting.
Eight years? OK, he is really weak for that. It's brutally sweet stuff and looks incredibly immature.
Apples, partially immature, mixed pickles and strong alcohol, that's the welcome after pouring. Pears and malt pickled after a while. In addition, a pinch of smoke. Later, a clear caramel note is added. It is heated first extremely spritig and immature, foul apples. Fortunately, that harmonizes again, back to the beginning plus some grass.
Immediately incredibly sweet, especially honey, and extremely strong. The apples are also to be felt here, plus some spirit. At the back comes a distinguished bitterness, a bit metallic. The mouthfeel is a mixture of extremely oily and ethereal. In the second sip now already clearly licorice.
In the finish, he warms initially extremely chest, stays sweet a little longer, the bitterness goes faster. I can discover licorice. At the end there is a memory of a floury apple. Overall, not so short.
- Very sweet, one suspects it to 53-55% alcohol and 12-15 years (sherry) Fassreife. With a bit of water, it blooms even further like the proverbial rose in the summer rain. Grapes, spices. Warm, soft and without blame in the finish. Incidentally, bottling can also be purchased from Königsmann, where it can be slimmed to 75, - EUR. Absolute no-brainer. In your face, NAS junkies!
- Heavy rubbery notes and some sulphur.
