Tasting notes from november 2017.
Peat smoke and sherry notes but a bit closed. Aeration brings dried fruits, chocolate, leather, tar and coastal notes.
Heavy and punchy. Smoke, concentrated sherry, ashes and spices. A bit overwhelming. Let's try with water. The nose is now citrusy and coastal with sherry notes and pine resin. The mouth is citrusy too (lemons and oranges), briny, spicy with bonfire and pine.
Long, smoky, lemony.
