A bit plain aftertaste, but overall a pretty nice scotch. Very drinkable.
    • Nose
      81 81
fresh, slightly sweet, then - dried apricots, a little lemon peel; even deeper - sawdust (cherry tree, apricot); after standing, a light smell of a caked floor rag appears (damp, slightly musty) - however, it is inexpressive and cannot be called unpleasant; then it turns into the smell of wood (a board skipped on a jointer); at the end, you can hear smoked baked pear, light malt.
    • Taste
      81 81
sweet at first - dried apricots, ripe apples (even rather overripe); then - wood, oak and hot pepper (black and hot), but pleasant; very little alcohol; at the end a little saltiness, malt, a little bitterness.
    • Finish
      80 80
medium length, pleasant, slightly sweet; moderate oak, slightly astringent; bittersweet finish.
