    This one was the most complex of the four. Very earthy smokiness, a bit of seaweed, herbal peat. Outstanding body, savory white oak, strong wood influence.

    So I tasted the next version, this time with a strength of 59.2% alcohol. Smells better than tastes.

      Pleasant sweet peat, earth, dirt, vanilla and strong alcohol. (86 b)
    • Taste
      Peat, alcoholic acuteness, wood. It bitches bitter bitterness, but not significantly. (84 b)

      Lime, earthy peat, malt sugar, gingerbread, vanilla, milk chocolate, peach, green apple, straw and salt. A slight vegetal touch as well.

      Lime, peat dust, salt, vanilla, peach, gingerbread, dark chocolate, malt and wet leaves.
    • Finish
      Long with peat, lime, dark chocolate, gingerbread, salt and vanilla.

    • Nose
      The nose is spicy, medicinal and smoked. If we add a drop of water in natural explode nose notes of wet wood, fireplace off and ashes. Then the unmistakable scent of sea and brine.

      In the mouth it explodes with all his strength surrounds us and the wide range of flavors to emerge after a few minutes, along with the unmistakable taste: warm, rich and smoky.

      So long, spicy and peaty
